Hudson Valley Auctioneers located at 432 Main Street Beacon, New York  will present a two session unreserved estate auction on  Monday February 4th at 5:00 PM.

The sale includes several partial estate contents from New York and New Jersey.

Session One offers online bidding with Liveauctioneers.com as well as in house, absentee and phone bidding and begins with an Asian grouping to include a selection of Chinese porcelains, carved jades, bronzes, cloisonné, Satsuma and carved Chinese furniture.

Traditional furniture is prevalent in both sessions with Continental and American pieces including period pieces, country cupboards, Empire and Federal tables, 19th century English mahogany chests, Pembrokes tables, slant desks, a seven pieces rosewood bedroom set, a large carved court cupboard, and a mohair wire frame Turkish chair are an indication of the diversity.

A Mid Century Nils Johnson sideboard, a Dux teak table and six Moredo Danish modern chairs, Milo Baughman for Stuart wall cabinets, an Alessandro Pianon "Pulcini" glass bird, a Noami Kobayashi construction and a Art Deco bronze female figure dated 1931 and signed Minna R(othenberg) Harkavy are highlights in that category.

A large selection of silver flatware and hollowware is featured in both sessions and includes some Tiffany and several large group lots, in addition a Garrison NY attic contributed a 1960's era toy collection with some iconic space toys; Big Loo, Lost in Space robots, Big Garloo and also various train sets, Rock’em Sock’em Robots, a large collection vintage Steiff animals and puppets and a rare 1930's vintage Knickerbocker Mickey and Minnie.

Framed autographs from a one owner collector offer several of Richard Byrd, Jules Verne, Lister, John and Robert Kennedy and Gerald Ford as VP among others.

Lots of artwork including 6 Charles Fazzino's, 5 Walter Emerson Baum's, 8 Milton Lunin's, 6 William McDonough's, 2 Paco Gorospe's 2 Nelson Grofs', 5 Amaranth Ehrenhart's in one lot, Roy Brown, Louis Elshemius, Thomas Curtin, Camilo Adriani, Julia Hart, Maine artists Charles Fussiner and Ted Tihansky, a large early 19th century over mantle French oil, and several oil portraits including Napoleon as well as many others in both sessions.

Lots of various fine porcelains including china sets, Meissen and other figurines, Lalique, Vienna bronzes, animalier bronzes, French figural bronze candelabra and figurines, a papier mache French bulldog growler and a fine French boule bronze mounted clock and shelf are some of the quality smalls mixed throughout session one.

Session Two follows with 200 plus lots of more of the same interesting quality lots which will not offer online bidding and features great accessories, lighting, several room size and scatter Oriental carpets, silver and ephemera, Mid Century and much more estate merchandise including box lots. Faster paced and includes last minute additions.
