Do you charge sales tax?

All sales are subject to an 8.125% NY Sales tax, a tax resale certificate MUST be on file with the auction house in order to be tax exempt.

What are your accepted payment methods?

Payments accepted are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Check with ID & cash, wire transfers accepted, bank information available upon request.

How much buyer's premium do you charge for auctioned items?

All sales are subject to a 20% buyer’s premium, a 3% discount will be applied to clients paying by check or cash within 5 days of the sale date, after the grace period all sales are subject to a flat 20% buyer’s premium unless prior arrangements with Hudson Valley Auctioneers had been made. Please note that all sales realized on Live Auctioneers are subject to a flat 25% buyer’s Premium.

Do you ship sold items?

No we do not pack or ship items "in-house", we do assist in taking your purchases to a shipper of your choice, for a list of shippers we use please see Shipping Info
